Individualized Support Services is a Fee for Service Program.
Qualified support workers provide assistance for people to learn skills and coping mechanisms in the areas of social and recreational pursuits, daily living skills, personal responsibilities and personal safety.
A Life Skills Inventory Checklist, completed with all participants will lead to an Individual Support Plan, clearly outlining each person’s goals and a means of achieving these goals.
Individuals supported are over the age of 18 and experience developmental/intellectual disabilities, We offer community support in regards to skill building, life skills, social skills, community involvement and recreational pursuits.
